「合戦-戦国絵巻-」プライバシーポリシー

zeimoterが運営するゲームアプリ合戦-戦国絵巻-（以下当アプリ）​は、ユーザーの個人情報をお預かりするにあたり、以下の通り個人情報保護の方針を定めております。

■個人情報の取得
当アプリは、適法かつ正当な手段によって個人情報を取得いたします。

■個人情報の利用目的
1.当アプリデータのバックアップ、復元用に使用します。
2.ユーザーへのサポート・連絡および、商品・サービスのご案内のため。
3.サービスの要望、リクエスト・アンケートの収集により、開発やサービス改善などを行うため。

5.PvPである合戦場やGvGである天下布武機能ではアプリ内で名前を入力できます。個人情報の設定はお控えください。

■広告用IDの使用
・アプリ内広告ネットワーク Adfurikunで必要とされています
・送信情報
・匿名ID（androidではUUID）
・端末情報（ユーザーエージェントから取得できる情報/OSver情報や機種情報）
・上記以外の個人情報は利用していません
AdfurikunのプライバシーポリシーGoogleポリシーと規約をご確認ください。ゲーム内のスコア等の情報以外を利用者の同意なく送信することはありません。

■ファミリー向けポリシー
当アプリは子供向けには設計されておりません。当アプリでは、13歳未満の子供から個人を特定できる情報を故意に収集することはありません。13歳未満の子供が個人情報を提供したことを発見した場合、直ちにサーバーから削除します。

■法令、規範の遵守と見直し
当アプリでは、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。

Kassen – Sengoku Emaki – Privacy Policy
The game application “Kassen – Sengoku Emaki” (hereafter referred to as “this application”), operated by zeimoter, has established the following privacy policy in order to protect the personal information of users.

■Acquisition of Personal Information
This application will acquire personal information through legal and legitimate means.

■Purpose of use of personal information

1. Used for backup and restoration of this application’s data.
2. To support and contact users, and to provide information on products and services.
3. To develop and improve services by collecting service requests, requests and questionnaires.
4. This application uses Adfurikun as an advertising network service. Information is obtained for the purpose of checking advertising results and content targeting. For more information, please refer to Adfurikun’s PrivacyPolicy (https://adfurikun.jp/adfurikun/cms/detail/code/9998).
5. You can enter your name in the application in the battlefield, which is PvP, and in the Tenka Fubu function, which is GvG. Please refrain from setting personal information.

■Use of IDs for advertising
Required by Adfurikun, an in-app advertising network.

Anonymous ID (UUID in android)
・Device information (information that can be obtained from the user agent/OSver information and model information)
We do not use any personal information other than the above.
Please refer to Adfurikun’s Privacy Policy Google Policy and Terms. We do not transmit any information other than in-game scores and other information without the user’s consent.

■Family Policy
This application is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. if we discover that a child under the age of 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete it from our servers immediately.

■ Compliance and Review of Laws, Regulations, and Norms
This application will comply with Japanese laws, regulations, and other norms applicable to personal information in our possession, and will review and improve the contents of this policy as appropriate.
